I packaged the tools separately before, but changed the source url
yesterday.
Before, I only packaged the vcs version of the tools, though today I
tried to package those on sourceforge.net. Unfortunately, they appear to
notably lag behind (version 0.4, 2014-03-02) and don't work for me (I
tried the current non-vcs versions of deu-eng and eng-spa).

Many years ago, there was a FreeDict-tools 0.4, bbut I couldn't find a 0.3 and
no changelog, so I decided to publish 0.1.0 officially. If this should cause
problems with packaging, I stick to 0.5, if it is more convenient.

Apparently, the new binary releases of the dictionaries no longer
contain the .index files (At least deu-fra, fra-deu and deu-eng don't).
