[freedict] Removal of wikdict dictionaries

Hi there,

I maintain a few dict-freedict-* PKGBUILDs in the Arch User Repository
(AUR) [0] and just noticed that apparently the fra-deu and deu-fra
directories have disappeared from the fd-dictionaries git repository on
github.com, among others.

The change was at commit 2d3aa4c1b634d1275ff8240945117e0f1d617464,
commented as

Remove wikdict dictionaries. They are autogenerated and will be part
of the "generated" directory

Unfortunately, I have been unable to find such a directory. So, can
somebody tell me where to find the disappeared data? I'd be happy with
the very raw data and the code to generate them.

In fact, I'd prefer the latter.
