Sorry but it's a FBM7 card not a FBM3 like I said in my first message!!
FBM07: number of EEPROM --> 61.1 software 61.1
In the CPs primary ECB: MPOLL=0 FIBER=0 BADALM=0 BAUD=4
CP60FT --> PRIM EEPROM REV 3.30
Yes, we try to change the letterbug. (No way!!)
Yes, we try to delete the ecb block and re creating it. (No way!!)
There are 61 cards behind the CP004E. (4 x FBM7)
Yes, we use DCM10e interface module. We don't have a spare fieldbus isolator.
We would like to make some tests during a shutdown (switch between two fieldbus
isolator).
While waiting better, i think we will use the "TED PLUMB" idea and disable auto
switching.

Early on we had the same problem. What we found was that there was too =
much difference in length between fieldbuses which made the attinuation =
different. We disable auto switching because every time it wanted to =
switch we'd get these errors. Now if a bus fails it will still switch but =
we don't get the recurring errors.

We changed our system from V4.03 to V7.11 (including new CP60 processors) =
and we have a recurrent FBM communication error: error occurs always on =
the same FBM3 address POLDD3.

We tried to:
1) Make an EEprom update=20
2) Change the FBM
3) Move the FBM in another place
4) Change the FBM head
5) Unwire all the signals coming to the board
Problem keep the same: does anybody know how to fix the problem?=20
