David, We're using a HP2500 color laser printer on our I/A DCS for some years now. It's not on WP70's (we have AW51 E's and D's), but we have it installed as networkprinter and configured on the I/A. So it's used both from lab personel and control room guys. Works very well, cheap (+/- 500euro) and excellent laserquality. Cartridges can handle about 5000 pages. Works a hell of a lot beter than the HP1200/1600 stuff we had before.... I would just put=20 hypersnap on there and be done with it, but that's not the way that=20 they want it. So I'm still looking for a good reliable color printer=20 that can be hooked to a WP70 (NT) workstation. In regard to the last post about the system monitor message when CPs=20 go from FT to Single. I have complained about this in the past in=20 user group meetings, perhaps I should have put more dots on it. To=20 Sysmon, a line printer running out of paper has the same level of=20 urgency as a CP pair becoming unmarried (is that the same as=20 divorced?). Never seemed right to me.
