Sorry but that is not correct. The FCP/FEM baseplate they have requires no
baseplate ID

The 8 slot baseplate cannot be 0. It has to be 1, because you have FCP
baseplate, which by default would be 0th baseplate.
Configure the 8 slot baseplate as 1 and the FBM letterbug as PB02*11* for
first slot of this baseplate. No letterbug for FBM (connected to FCP)
can be xxx01. It has to start atleast from xxxx03 .
