[foxboro] FBM3 PIO communication error

Hello all,
We changed our system from V4.03 to V7.11 (including new CP60 processors) and
we have a recurrent FBM communication error: error occurs always on the same
FBM3 address POLDD3.
Here is a copy of the smon_log:

Recovery on B
We tried to:
1) Make an EEprom update
2) Change the FBM
3) Move the FBM in another place
4) Change the FBM head
5) Unwire all the signals coming to the board
Problem keep the same: does anybody know how to fix the problem?
