[foxboro] Alarm Configuration

Dear All
We are using IA Series version 6.5, with CP60FT and AW51E on our one of the
units. I have a situation here to configure an alarm on the process
measurement such that when there is no change in the process value (.PNT or
.MEAS) for a certain period say 10 minutes, an alarm should pop up.
Can somone help me to configure such an alarm?
