Tom Langan wanted to know , how to reclaim the v a t , on bought items,

Mary has a problem, when using Zoom, the participants voices are very loud on
her headset, but her own voice is very low.
Declan directed her to settings in the Zoom app, where she was able to adjust
the settings to make her voice louder.
Michael Lavin says that his wife Theresa has a problem in using the telephone
service help line to access her recent transactions. She presses 2 for
transactions but no information is heard.
Two participants today did the same to get their transactions history from
Bank of IRELAND, AND HAD NO problem.
Jackie needed information on how Braille says many punctuation items,
And Bert suggested a website BUMP BUMP BRAILLE, WHERE SHE could get a lot of
this information, and use her new Braille light machine more effectively.
Tom Langdon asked if he could use iTunes to record programmes from the radio,
Bert said this was possible, as there is a record button on the iTunes app.
Dominique told us of a device called a Receiver which she can fit into a USB
slot,
And this will enable Bluetooth, on her Desktop. It cost around 10⬠from
Amazon.
Joanne uses Zoomtext, but Cearbhall asked her to consider using Magnifier on
her Android mobile, she was directed to settings,
And found it there along with colour invertness and so on, she received help
and instructions from Declan on how to make use of Magnifier.
Declan informed us that he has BOUGHT an ECHO DEVICE

www.audible.co.uk, which has made things a lot more difficult for those
downloading books and using the site.
Bert suggested a podcast called dottodot which has everything you wanted to
know about amazon alexa products.
