Discussions began with Cearbhall sharing his knowledge of wireless keyboards
that he uses
With his Iphone 6. THEY ARE the Logitech model which he prefers as the keys are
to his liking,
And the Zagg, which is very neat but does not have an excape key.
Both were shown to us and looked very neat and easy to use.
Bert showed us his wifi memory stick, which a number of people can access at
the same time on several mobile phones,
(its something I did not know anything about) one can access a book to read
while a friend can listen to music , all from the same wifi memory stick,
This can be useful on a long airplane flight.
Mary shared her playlist of music with John, by using airdrop,
And John, got the message view playlist or decline, but could not play the
music.
Declan/Paul said this was most likely due to rights issues from European laws
and so forth.
Bert suggested that she should share her playlist through both of them using
Dropbox.
Bert talked about the Voice Dream Scanner which he uses to read pdf documents
and describe photographs, it cost around 7â¬
And is a very good buy, the voice is very clear and the diction good,
Also Declan told us about an app called Pocket, whic reads documents by
converting text to speech as well,
But usually cuts out the pop up adverts and blurbs, and is also very clear.
Paul told Michael how to use and find the programme he wants on bbc radio 4,
Go to the BBC iplayer app, and using the search box, type in Saturday afternoon
play,
And all the plays available will come up, and select the one you want by name
or date of transmission.
