RE: Offline address book

The reason is your server offline address book is not updating.

This could be because of - 


Either you do not have the proper permission in OAB version 2 (Open ESM
> right click publick folder view system folder > offline address book)
in the system public folder.

Or your OAB version 2 is having some problem and not able to replicate.


So first check the permission.

Secondly If permission are ok then delete the oab version 2 and restart
the exchange server. It will recreate a new oab version2. Now rebuild
the Default offline address book from global settings.


Now go to outllok client > tool > send/recive > download address book.

I can't believe I am the only person to get this error,  I have tried
every MS TID and now working with Microsoft Email support for 3 days.
