Need help!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Guys,
 
        Iam having  an exchange 2000 server with more than 500 users,my
problem is iam able to configure the client using pop3 but not as
outlook as exchange configuration. What should be the problem .Need you
peoples help ASAP.
