Hi Sandeep, Please provide some more details, as to Outlook version, and what error messages you get while creating the profile? I am sure you tried configuring the Outlook profile as Exchange Server type profile. Were you able to type in the Exchange server name and user ID and do a Check Name while creating the profile. Did the name resolve correctly? HTH.
