there is no personal folder ,no rule, just mailbox of user and mails are
disappeared...

Looks like your default mail delivery location is set to Personal Folder. Change it to Server Mailbox. You should be fine.

I have E2K SP3 and some of my users report me that they cant receive mail.I see that mails are coming to mailbox and after 5 seconds it disappears.In outlook 2000 and OWA i get the same results mails are deleted automatically after they arrive the mailbox.I dont use mailbox management for exchange.Any comments ?
