There is no pst for outlook client just mailbox itself.I also suspect that anotherone can download the mails from other machines and i change the users password but still mails are lost.Ý check there is no alternate reciepent.

This definitely looks like PST file delivery. Did you check the default delivery location? Has the user logged onto more than one workstation. Has the user been configured for alternate recipient?

First i thought as you but when i see that mails are coming to mailbox and
in 2-3 seconds they are disappearing,i understood this is a serious problem.
