This been sent before, but did not get any solution, We run windows 2000 Advanced server with Exchange 2000 server, and for the workstations there is windows xp and Microsoft office xp, however, some of our users when they send some emails to external Clients, their e-mails come back undeliverable with a very huge amount of attachments (Usually 10 times larger than the original e-mail) and that hang the outlook software for long time, Further more, we set a limit of sending and receiving e-mails, to 1MB for some users and 5MB for Managers. On the mean time, we run antivirus software; it is Symantec Antivirus for exchange server Any help will be appreciated, Network Administrator Monther Al-Malki -----Original Message----- From: Monther Hussein Almalki Sent: Monday, October 21, 2002 8:26 AM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] RE: Help please, http://www.MSExchange.org/ Yes, we run antivirus software; it is Symantec Antivirus for exchange server, :-( Network Administrator Monther Al-Malki -----Original Message----- From: Saleh Eqal [mailto:saleh_eqal@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Sunday, October 20, 2002 4:28 PM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] RE: Help please, http://www.MSExchange.org/ Hi Munther, Do you run any antivirus software??? This might be a virus. If not you would better use some thing like NAVCE (Norton Anti Virus Corporate Edition). I have had this problem before with Ex. 5.5 NT 4 when the nimda virus hit. Since I installed the NAVCE, my life got better.
