Right. We just had a similar problem here. I could send email to all
domains but one. Come to find out, it was being rejected by them because
they could not resolve the host name. I did an nslookup and found out that
we were resolving to the wrong name. I called the isp had them change it
and now we can send mail to the domain that rejected the emails.

I can receive mail from sun but I can't send. And my Mail system is working ok since last 4 yrs. And on my DNS, MX record is setup for my Mail server not for Sun.

Can you receive mail from 'privacy@xxxxxxx'? Is the mx record setup correctly on your dns server.
