Exchange 2003

I can send mail.  And the place I send mail.  They send it back to me and
I recieved it, and it is on the server mailbox.

But my problem is that when I go on my workstation or any other place in
outlook 2003; it does not download to my inbox. Yet, it is there.

Help.
