Trend makes a very good anti-virus solution for exchange servers.  While a
little on the pricey side, since it changes per user account, it might be
the best solution out there:

We use AVG for exchange here due to costs.  Not as many features as Trend,
but we have not been hit with a virus since it has been installed 2 years
ago.
