I got some posts asking for what we did. I'm ready to share, but I'd like to hear others' ideas for the one we are planning this year.

population: 7th-8th grade boys.

time: 3 lessons

topic: books- since our English library was reopened.

pre activities: Each class was responsible for 1 activity.

7th grade: made invitations for the staff members.

8th grade- Alef; made ads and wrote for a newspaper we prepared for the occasion.

              - Bet- made a survey among the staff what is the book they liked most.

Each class had to prepare a short play about a fairy tale

During the day- we had 4 stations: 1. trivia questions regarding reading books

                                                 2. making a poster about a certain book

                                                 3. a scavanger hunt in the library

                                                 4. identifying  books from video clips

After allthe groups visited in all the stations we had a get together where we showed all the posters, saw the plays and gave the winning group a prize, which was : books.

Now we are looking for new ideas for the new one.
