I don't know how recently, but I am running the most recent version of
Kubuntu, Oneiric. The EmelFM2 PPA I installed is for Oneiric.

The gtk is gtk2-engines-oxygen 1.1.2-1ubuntu1. There are a bunch of others,
newer and older, in the repositories, but I wouldn't know how to enable
them after they were installed.

The qt for KDE is 4:4.7.4-0ubuntu8.1.

Not having the icons is not a stopper. I enabled text-below-icons. I would,
of course, prefer the icons, and maybe some day they'll show up. I've had
them in older versions of Linux and EmelFM2.
