The EmelFM2 PPA I installed is for Oneiric. The gtk is gtk2-engines-oxygen 1.1.2-1ubuntu1. There are a bunch of others, newer and older, in the repositories, but I wouldn't know how to enable them after they were installed. The qt for KDE is 4:4.7.4-0ubuntu8.1. Not having the icons is not a stopper. I enabled text-below-icons. I would, of course, prefer the icons, and maybe some day they'll show up. I've had them in older versions of Linux and EmelFM2.
