My only complaint is the cold-start issue. It'll start strong, then die after
half a minute or so. Sometimes it will do that more than once. Once it stops
that, it runs fine and starts fine when warm. It doesn't do this when the
outside temperature is 85 or 90 F.

I'd just like to try a pickup calibration, since they seem to be more
conservative and tolerant of varying conditions, before messing with the
programming in the 9C1 calibration much. There are several '747 .bin files for
5.7L engines on the diy-efi.org site.

I'll check eBay. It's a very common ECM so it won't be hard to find one.
