I support Nikolaoy proposal.
Run Spain as UMP to keep the game going and at the same time look for
replacement.

Long term, although the game is designed for 7 active players, we may use the UMP option since it is already in the rules in order to accommodate for cases that 7 players are not available.
I would not like to go until the end with Spain in this status but I prefer it than destroying the game.
