That is all very well and good saying "simply use a braille display".

Given the price of braille displays, not everybody can afford to by
one of their own and not everybody qualifies under state or government
schemes in order to obtain one for employment purposes.

Like me, you are extremely lucky to have a braille display.  Be
thankful for small mercies and thank your lucky stars.
