and its version?
Also what version of Duxbury are you using?

Recently, my husband had to change out my video card on my computer.
When I try translating a document into braille, there are extra dots and
symbols showing. Any suggestions to get rid of them? I am running DBT 12.5 on
Windows 10 with JAWS 2022.
