Fina, I do the same routine, but instead of Control-A for replace all, I
tab to OK, then tab to replace all. So after you put in what you're
searching for and what you want to replace it with, if anything, you
have to hit Enter twice, making sure you have said "all" on the second
one. There's probably a hot key but sometimes those do funny things.
(That's a scientific explanation, mind you.)

Hello Steve and Listers:

Here are the steps i take to delete and replace codes:

1. I go to top of document.

2. I Press f6.

3. I then press ctrl-left bracket.

4. I type in the code just as I see it, eg. es~b.

5. I tab to ok because i usually don't put anything in the "replace"
field.

Am I correct?

Thanks for all your help and suggestions.

Respectfully,
Fina B. Currey

6. I then press ctrl-a for "replace all".
