Hi Sandy, I think the clue was in the message - you cannot change Global embosser settings whilst in a document. Launch Duxbury - don't create a new file but go to Global while nothing open. Duxbury does not allow you to change Global settings whilst working on a document. I had changed the global embosser setting by mistake to narrow width instead of the document embosser setting when I was working on something. I have tried changing the global setting back to wide width with both lengths of paper but the Failure sign keeps popping up.
