Hi Barry,
You should just be able to set it up as a generic printer from memory - such a
long time ago and I had to keep reminding one of the IT technicians that it
didn't need specific drivers.
You should check that the firmware is up-to-date which it should be - most
firmware updates these days are for V4 upwards.
John.

Subject: [duxuser] Setting up DBT with an Index embosser
Hi to All,
I need to set up DBT 12 with an Index Version 3 embosser. I have a computer
running Windows 10.
I understand I need to set up my embosser as a Windows printer. Do I need to
download a driver, and if so, which one do I use? I looked on the Index site
and there seem to be a couple that might work.
I’m grateful for any assistance.
Barry.
