Hi Joy,

 

I got to thinking but I remember that on the Juliet embosser there is a keypad 
that you need to enter in some configuration for the quality of dots, putting 
the embosser in graphics mode to emboss a raised line drawing and setting the 
top and bottom margins of a single sheet of paper and the number of characters 
per line.

 

If you have the manual that came with the embosser you should gove over the 
settings and follow the instructions for setup of the embosser. If you don’t 
have the manual, I would call Humanware and speak to someone in the tech 
support department for assistance. You will need the serial number of the 
embosser and tell the person what model embosser you have.

 

Humanware took over sales and support of the Juliet embosser from Enabling 
Technology a number of years ago and they are the US sales and tech support for 
all Enabling embossers.

Thank you Milton.  It is an interpoint which is partly why I really prefer the 
upper righthand corner number placement.  I'll begin experimenting more freely.
