Okay, heading toward the answer to my oen question, I now realize that the
styles available depend on the template. I now know, for example, that the
BANA pre-UEB literary format does not allow for running headers. So I'm
guessing what I need to do is to switch to BANA pre-UEB textbook and change
the braille page number to the top right. Am I correct, and if so, how can I
change the template associated with a DXP file? Thanks so much.

I'm not sure what I could be doing wrong here, this worked recently, and
suddenly it doesn't, on either my home or work machines, running DBT 12.5
SR4. When I press F8, I only get a small number of styles to choose from.
I'm not seeing, for example, the running head style, the center style, any
of the transcriber's note styles . just a small subset of the styles that
should be there, even if I change the next combo box to all styles. I'm
fairly new with working directly with Duxbury for more complicated things,
but I've used all these styles before and can't understand why they would
just disappear. It's got to be me, but what am I doing wrong?
