I can see that my first message may not of been very clear. I do have as my default settings the 8.5 by 11 inches in Duxbury. My concern was the message which came up when I opened up the calendar file which appears to be indicating that is set up for the larger paper size. If I go ahead and emboss it, the results could be a mess. I did not try it out to confirm it. It just seems to me that if a document was designed for one size that some adjustments would have to be made for it to work on a different size. Hope this helps. Well I have a Basic D Index printer. I am using paper of 8.5 by 11 inches since this is all I have. When I attempted to open the print version, I got a message about wrong paper size. Is there a way to adjust the document for my paper size without going to a lot of work? If so, please explain. Thanks in advance for any help. Barbara
