Clicking on a link created in a wiki page from the above, should bring you a create new page button. If you create the page, you should end up with a new page called "test" in a new namespace called "new_namespace". If that isn't happening check your permissions in the data/pages directory to ensure that the webserver is able to create new directories at that location.
