[dokuwiki] Namespace (Folder) hierarchy At Index

Hi

I'm a new new user at Dokuwiki, I'm having difficulty with creating a hierarchy 
section at the Index page, like the default wiki section

wiki
   dokuwiki
   playground
   syntax

Currently, I can create the hierarchy if I create the folders manually at the 
folder

 \htdocs\dokuwiki2\data\pages\

However, I like to be able to create the namespace hierarchy when editing. I 
have tried something like 

 [[new_namespace:test]]

but that didn't work. I have read the docs and search, I haven't found any 
document which explicitly states this.
