[ddots-l] SFZ user manual

Hi List,
I want to start using the FSZ soft synth in Sonar 8.5 producer and I would like
to get a hold of some sort of manual for FSZ. I've searched the CakeWalk site
and can't seem to find one.
Any one know where I can find it?
I would also appreaciate some advice and guidance on FSZ as I'm keen to get
started using this programme.
