Brandon, the wave exporter is fine. Make sure you tab through the dialog and set things like bit depth and sampling rate correctly. For a cd-quality wave file you'll want 16-bit and 44.1KHZ sampling rate. Don't just accept the defaults.
In the same dialog you can choose whether to include track or bus automation, mutes, solos, effects etc.
