From that you are on Windows. You can change the document feature level to allow you to use Unicode, you'll then have may 1000's of glyphs at your behest.

Misc->Preferences General

That will get you a document that won't work on RISC OS.

F11, will show you the OP character selector - you could use that to insert your characters, but what I want to point out is that it shows you all the possible characters in the current character set and font.

If you've enabled Unicode you can change character set.

This display also shows you the keyboard short cut for the relevant glyph.
