As the others have said there is some ambiguity above. If you have
Ovation Pro for Windows then there is no involvement of VirtualRPC.
On the other hand if you don't have OP for Win then you need to run VRPC.
The question then is what does "it is not working" mean - is there some
sort of error message or does it silently fail. In the latter case there
may be ways of extracting error information - for example running from
the command line or looking at the Win event log files.
