Erm!
Do you mean the old OvPro documents you want to transfer to Windows OvPro
will not open in Win OvPro.
Rename the RISC OS OvPro files adding a .dpd suffix.
"Filename.dpd"

As to the VRPC not working, not sure what VRPC has to do with Windows
Ovation Pro as Win OvPro won't work on RISC OS?
1) If you mean as a separate thing, VRPC won't work on Win 10, then the
first thing to try is switch UAC off and then see if it'll work.
2) Try running it as Administrator.
