Got a response from Aamina for the event on the 30th. It starts at 5pm.

We'd probably need like 6 consoles (2 for each tournament game). The
tournament games are Injustice, AE and TTT2. I'm thinking, seeing as how
this is a free to play event, we could probably just run single elim
tournaments.

Please indicate who will be able to contribute consoles+screens for the
event.

Remember that this is an RSVP event, so if you're interested in attending,
let me know as soon as possible so that I can inform Aamina.

On a somewhat related note, Zombie Dredd mentioned that the 3 tournament
games for the Trenchtown event of the 17th will be TTT2, AE and Injustice.
They will run the Injustice tourney, so we'll just be responsible for TTT2
and AE. I'll confirm the start and end times for the event. I think 4
consoles+screens should suffice, although 6 would be preferred (3 per
tournament game). Again, please indicate who will be able to help out with
consoles+screens.
