If what I've read is true, then whole Noel Brown thing is quite sad.
Apparently his GF or Ex wanted to get back at him so she slept with one of
his friends or someone he knows.  It sounded like she or people who were in
on it wanted him to know about it.  He walks in on them, gets upset and
tries to hit the guy.  The girl jumps in the way and she catches a fist
instead.  He gets arrested.  After he is released, tries to talk to her to
resolve the situation and gets arrested again for "witness tampering".  He
isn't even allowed to apologize in person.  Any communication he has with
her in person regarding the incident is classified as a Class C felony.
His looking at maybe 5 years minimum unless she drops the case.

Sucks to be him.
