It's not a no.

It's like Lumi said, people can play whatever they want. When it comes to
playing something on stream, all l care about is that there is adequate
support for whatever is being played.

I think the Kami cap issue can be mitigated by just starting the tourney on
time and having everyone play their matches on time. If it doesn't work
out, l'll have to chat to Zaid about it.
