It's not Naspers, just Media24.

They want to centralise IT.  So, for example, instead of 24.com, OnTheDot
and NewsIT having their own CIO.  There will only be 1 Media24 IT CIO.
Same with application support, development etc etc.  I probably shouldn't
be talking about this but w/e...

Naspers as whole is still doing very well.  Their share price is roughly as
high as it's ever been.  Koos Bekker is a genius businessmen.  The new CEO
has gigantic shoes to fill.
