Or, they could just get G-Rei to balance the game. According to him, Ryu's
EX Hadouken in SFIV is too strong and needs to be nerfed. When asked why
he couldn't land one at all against the opponent when he used Ryu he said
"it's because I don't have the skill to do it, [but that doesn't mean it's
not a bullshit move]" (paraphrased).
