How are the skill changes in ptr? Or are they only implementing that in RoS?

I didn't know I couldn't take my hellfire str ring to ptr :(

 

I wonder how it will work if you have the recipes but don't make the ring and 
wait for the patch and make a hellfire in the new game. in ptr the hellfire's 
give 300+ to a core stat.

Well, it depends on what you do with the Barb. Luke was underleveled and 
undergeared, but he changed stats to just tank. Not amazing damage – will over 
100k
 unbuffed, but nothing too insane.
 
Ran my first dungeon as a tank. I’m surprised, it actually takes effort to 
watch the enmity. I do love hitting the roulette thing and joining instantly.
