The E's were used on VIA's Canadian's. However they soon turned out to be
problematic in the mountains. Pretty sure this is why ATSF, GN, NP, etc did
not use E's in the mountains. The A1A wheel arrangement is not meant for
mountain railroading!
Yup they were the only class of CPR locomotive never to have at least one
member in the script scheme.
