Aha; same as i used to get when I tried
from Canada, as an example, to watch some PBS programmes on line.
The way to get around this blocking
of viewers outside a country is to get a
VPN(Virtual Private Network), which makes it
appear that you are in that country. Not
practical admittedly for a single programme, but
was what I did to watch the last World Cup live.
Cost was ~$12 for 30 days, but can be had for
about $3.00/month if taken on a yearly basis.
