It's been done before, not online, delivered with newsletters. Not much response. Maybe better response online, it can't hurt. We only have 1/3 of households on email list never compared with membership.

Hey Paco,I like the idea of providing a URL in the newsletter. It would be really nice to survey folks who are currently not in COVNA.Thanks, Matt *M*+(1) 512-568-5311*From:*covna-officers-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:covna-officers-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] *On Behalf Of *paco bertsch*Sent:* Monday, January 12, 2015 11:04 AM *To:* covna-officers@xxxxxxxxxxxxx*Subject:* [covna-officers] Re: Happy New Year and welcome to the COVNA Officers DLHi Matt,I think this is a great idea! Gives us some feedback from those on the COVNA email list. Maybe we should put a note in the next newsletter stating that we will be sending out a survey via email. We could also post the survey link on the website, for those that aren't part of the COVNA email list. Just a thought. Thanks, PacoOn Fri, Jan 9, 2015 at 4:36 PM, Matthew Janiga <m.d.janiga@xxxxxxxxx <mailto:m.d.janiga@xxxxxxxxx>> wrote:Hi All,For those of y'all that haven't met me my name is Matt Janiga and I am COVNA's Secretary for 2015. I'm excited about this opportunity and look forward to working with y'all this year.To kick the year off I thought it might be a good idea to get aligned with the concerns and desires of our neighbors. I invested about an hour (so no big deal) in drafting an online survey that I thought that may help us accomplish that goal. Please let me know what you think about the idea and check out a preview version of the survey, COVNA 2015 Kickoff Survey <http://www.surveymonkey.com/create/survey/preview?r=true&sm=AI8efaOfYYYlG_2FdgiSR26kAke0y2sF_2BcwGZe3Oo2Z8T7ChWViA5ykQUqTTf_2BTPMZ>.I don't plan to send this out until we are all in alignment that it is a good idea and approve of the content. Thanks, Matt
