One of them has already been released without charge, and there's no news at
all about the other one.
It doesn't necessarily even mean they have a reasonable cause for suspecting
a person... all that's needed for arrest is the whim of a LEO. Officially
laying a charge is the real first step... "arrest" literally means nothing
more than forcing a person to come to the police station to investigate and
(in?)validate whatever whim prompted the arrest.
