I don't follow movie art closely, but I'm pretty sure Guy Davis is working
almost exclusively in film these days. To my mind, this is a huge loss for
comics: Davis is an extremely gifted comics storyteller.
Someone can correct me, but I'd be astonished if Davis was not involved in
designing the kaiju (monsters) in PACIFIC RIM (by the way, it's a really fun
movie especially if you have tweens to watch it with) and the creature in THE
SHAPE OF WATER.
And if, like me, you enjoy free-standing comic book series (not dependent on
crossovers, etc.) the work of Davis on BPRD, SANDMAN MYSTERY THEATRE, and
UNSTABLE MOLECULES (Fantastic Four) is superb, and they are all great reads.
Finally, in the spirit of the occasional plea here, I would really like to
acquire this page:Guy Davis - BPRD - Universal Machine Page 17, in Delforge
Stphane's Guy Davis Comic Art Gallery Room
I own the pages prior (16) and following (18) and want to reunite the three
because it's a great sequence. I've send the owne Stephane Delforge several
messages via CAF. Does anyone know him? He doesn't seem to be active on CAF.
Best,Mark

done a bit (under statement of the day)

Bill has spent quite a lot of time working in the film industry doing
storyboards and production design. Notably, he designed the famous “Tar Man” in
Return of the Living Dead.

Credits are rolling and I am just watching them for no reason and a line pops
up that says “Storyboards William Stout”. Is that OUR Mr. William Stout or some
other person with the same name? Kinda came out of nowhere and I had to
scroll back up on the screen to make sure of what I read! Kevin
