There was an excellent presentation on pre- and postmarital agreements at
the IACP Forum. The presenters were a mental health professional (role of
coach in the process) and two lawyers from LA. For those who attended, an
outline is in your written materials at p. 129. CD's of Forum sessions are
available via the IACP website ( www.collaborativepractice.com
<http://www.collaborativepractice.com/> ). The title of this particular
workshop is "A (Not So) Funny Thing Happened On The Way To And From The
Altar". The collaborative process is a perfect fit for creating these
agreements.

Hello Collaborative Community:
Ann Schaibley and I have our first collaborative case doing a Pre-Nuptial
Agreement. I would be willing to bet that others have already been doing
this.
If so, we would love to start some dialogue about how to apply collaborative
principles to this area.
