Nope...with Outlook 2002, even with plain text, if you don't do the reg fix,
you end up with all of them =20 signs, etc.

Believe me...Greg and I tested this one to death LOL

I wonder where the posting is being cleaned.  It probably has to with the
fact have outlooks default message format set to plain text.  Not hard to do
and a much easier fix than Greg's instructions for Outlook XP.
